First home buyers dropping off despite good opportunities

According to rate city, the numbers of first home buyers entering the property market is dropping off. Given what the Westpac Chief Economist has just said, predicting that interest rates will in fact fall, rather than rise, it will be interesting to see how this will affect the balance.
